i think this song is talking about the people who pollute and destroy the world and vampires in other words, in my opinion are the people who kill, pollute, exct.. vampires suck blood but are of the same species like one of us. they suck the life from people, the planet. we bully clouds in other words our pollution is bullying the clouds away from there place (global warming). to pass the time away - we do all of this because we want to live a life of convenience
