If I could add just one more principle, teach creating a Marriage Date Night so married couples can remain, or.... re-fall in love with their spouse. A happy man or woman at home will be a happier employee. As my G'ma Harriet used to say, "If you don't court your gal every day... some other man will." I can tell you have a good heart.
