I am the owner of the cobra and for all of your information the cobra has stock pulleys and the only mod that is done to it is a borla catback. The evo was obviously heavily modified
The cobra was loud, but not louder than the dual external wg's on the EVO. It would be hard to hear the whine on the blower because the EVO is very very loud.

in all seriousness though if you had enough money for an m3 wouldnt you get a turbo or supercharger kit for it so you wouldnt get beat by an SRT4
