i think i been taking too much. and drank one night. i been having numb feeling in my legs , discomfort in chest.. had a ekg, blood pressure, urine and blood test. all showed good. i hope ill be okay. stopped goldenseal for 3 days now. i heard it can make u vitamin b deficient. and cause tingling.. hopefully this stops the symtoms i have

@regimemob559 why is the world did you take so much and now suffering for it? A Doctor told me although this herb is good for infections etc, it is a dangerous herb if you take too much, and can kill you too! You should have done some research before taking too much!

I haven't used it...it stays with my folks and I have not heard any such complaints.
