I ran the benchmark yesterday and on high res 1080p I got a score of 7198 so not to bad

hmm.

you could use another gig of ram to be safe but your specs should be good. your card and processor speed are better than mine and i score 2700 on low.

the only thing that i can think of off the top of my head is that you have a lot of things running in the background.

another possibility, though unlikely it has happened to me, your heat sink on the processor isnt on properly and the computer is holding back its power to keep from overheating.

most computer stores sell ram. its not too expensive.

honestly i think the most likely cause is due to too many programs running at the same time on your computer. you said its a 32 bit OS so its probably windows XP. go to Start > Run. type "msconfig". click the "Startup" tab. if you see a really long list then press disable all and restart. If the list is short then is probably not the problem.

i wouldnt recommend touching the heat sink if you arnt sure what you are doing

not sure what to suggest. you might consider running spybot to make sure your system is clean of background stuff running.

with windows 7 an extra gig of ram is a good idea anyways.

Man I have amd athlonII x2 250 3ghz, 8g ddr2, geforce gts 250 1gddr3(dk serie), and I only have 2500 on low(or maybe something is wrong with my comp?). Cant beleive that, I hope the benchmark is innacurate or else ill barely run this game...

Update your graphics card to a Radeon 5770 or above and you'd get a pretty drastic increase.
