Bonfire Budget Beauty (Autumn Fiery Eyes!)

Hi Ruth,

About 2 weeks after I started using the 17 BB balm, my skin completely broke out. Now the thing is, is that I also changed moisturiser. So I cut the 2 products out and now my skin is almost clear again. Should I re-introduce the Blemish Balm? I'm a bit nervous because I don't want to break out again. But, I LOVED it. Also, as you said in the video, it does leave a slight residue. I have combination skin, would you recommend skipping moisturiser when putting this on?

Hey Ruth! I was wondering how often you think one should wash their face? I'm 19 and take 2 showers a day, one in the morning and one at night. Sometimes I feel like the morning one might be unnecessary though, but then think that it is good to wash your face 2 times if you want to keep acne at bay? What do you think? What do you do?

@IntoBlackHouse yes, twice is great. It's more about the cleanser you use, too - nothing too harsh or stripping, even if you like that squeaky clean feeling! Take a look at my skincare routine video. xx

I don't think your hair looks at all bad. Actually, if i were going to a bonefire i would leave it messy and down because it gives off a carefree look. Plus you are young, you don't have to look polished all the time :)

Hi Ruth, I've noticed lately in your eye make up tutorials, you've been bringing your lid color all the way up to the brow bone. While this looks beautiful on you,I think this is a very hard look for most people to pull off. I was hoping you could do some eye looks using a crease and highlight color? That would be more wearable I think. At least for me! Thanks for making these videos for us!
