He has to shift like that on a Dyno you dumbshit!!! Jump on a bike, put in on a dyno and shift like you normally would and see where you and your bike end up!
Also go learn a bit about this bike and its power. It has a linear power line. It produces torque through the whole range of the rpm. Not like other bikes that have to hit 6k +.
As for the tucking in, its for weight distribution. Watch the shocks as he backs off!

It looks to me like the guy is mapping the bike. I bet he is tucking to get close to the tank to listen and feel for piniging or detonation when he hammers the bike. I wouldn't say he is being a "Dyno Fag."

This is not my bike, but I have nearly the exact setup on my 2008 Daytona 675. Top speed in Km/h is about 265-270. As for the engine, there is nothing else in the motorcycling world like it. It is strong as a bull, pulls hard in every gear regardless of your rpms, it's got super torque at low rpms and off the line, it's got that signature sound that's oh so sweet to the ears, and to top it all off the bike is very unique. Not going to see a lot of other ones out there. Hope this helps.
The engine is magnificent. I love my new 848, but I will always miss my 675... I have gotten mine up to 169mph... but that was down hill on the freeway..

Top speed at rev limiter is 270km/h.
It´s a very great eingine vor 675 ccm.
