Gerald Ford was a okay president. He seemed like a very nice guy, so did Jimmy Carter. Ford is one of my heros because he heald the nation after history's darkest moments; watergate.

Ford was one of the few Presidents who was serving the people and not his own interests... His pardon of Nixon cost him his own election... He even said that before he had lost he would do it again...

Ford's pardon of Nixon didn't cost him

his election. It cost him his chance of winning because everybody voted for

Carter since he had nothing to do with

pardoning Nixon, so everyone was brainwashed by the belief that Carter

would be a great leader in this respect.
