Este es una de las primeras canciones heavymetal y progressive que escuché; ahora escucho bandas como Black sabbath, led Zeppelin, Deep Purple y se nota la influencia hacia Queen...
I don't agree, this version is so hot, it knocks my socks off! The only thing I would change is the final vocal. Why in the world did they shorten it?
The only difference: when Brian May composed most of what you hear here, SRV were 13 years old, starting to grow musically.
As a Queen fan I can tell you, it was 1967 and Brian May was a freaking monster, he has said before that he haven't improved technically since that year.
Of course I love Stevie Ray Vaughan too, is one of my favorites! Long life to Rock'n Roll!
very good footage for this great version of song, the most zeppelin-like queen track. first queen album has some awesome hard/heavy stuff which still sounds great and it inspired the whole NWOBHM scene by discarding blues instead of speed
Bloody excellent!! Thanks Dave for all your hard work, bringing such fantastic footage out to everybody. I appreciate all that you do in letting the world know the great sounds that Queen gave to us all.
Why they left this full version out of the album ill never know

Gosh this is great! Much more powerful and stronger than the first LP version - especially with the full solo. But this is a fantastic track anyway.

It is "brigthon rock'n'roll" which one hears?
Yvon62100 4 years ago
Yeah, Brian does a 'Brighton Rock' style solo in the middle.
DaveRFuller 4 years ago
The solo was cut for the studio version to make the song more marketable. They later re-recorded it for "Brighton Rock"
