Ok... I saw that you squat max around 250 lbs... that's okay... but with your build you should aim for much more (in the range of 400-500 lbs). Try setting up a goal and work towards it.
You need to work harder on your legs. I would advice not to cut off your calorific intake but rather increase training. What's your max squat? Try pumping out more and more reps everyday... don't cut on diet.

Not sure what my max squat is, but I can do about 245 lbs for 10 solid reps. I might start training them twice a week---legs are stubborn for me :-(

10 "solid" reps with 245 lbs is good. You probably can get around 300 lbs max for single rep.
