  • Ok... I saw that you squat max around 250 lbs... that's okay... but with your build you should aim for much more (in the range of 400-500 lbs). Try setting up a goal and work towards it.

  • You need to work harder on your legs. I would advice not to cut off your calorific intake but rather increase training. What's your max squat? Try pumping out more and more reps everyday... don't cut on diet.

  • Not sure what my max squat is, but I can do about 245 lbs for 10 solid reps. I might start training them twice a week---legs are stubborn for me :-(

  • 10 "solid" reps with 245 lbs is good. You probably can get around 300 lbs max for single rep.
