i went to this girls funeral, i didnt know her personally but i've seen her around and went to be there for my friends that knew her. i actually wrote and recorded a song about her. This was a sad thing man

don't forget that they jury was privy to information and credentials that NO ONE posting on this video was privy to - NO ONE
the jury returned the verdict and it was constitutional and followed the principles of our democracy

Wrong. There was NO jury. This is a sentencing hearing because the murderer accepted a plea agreement.

Although true, that is irrelevant. In this case there was never a TRIAL.
Now that we've got that out of the way... this was the sentencing hearing because he accepted a plea bargain of 35 years.
So. No information that the jury was "privy to" because there was no jury. No verdict was returned by the jury because there was no jury.
Why was there no jury? Because this NEVER went to trial.
Q: How many members of the jury were there?
A: Less than one.

I have to admit that being from the UK, this case is new to me...but its so shocking...I have watched a memorial video about her...and it was sooo sad.
