They revert all the time in my office. Its uterine constraint caused by pelvic subluxation and contra-lateral round ligament tension. Adjust the correct side and release the round ligament and they revert consistently. Its called the Webster Technique. You should check it out.
wow... an 8 month pregnancy (+/-32-35 weeks) w/ a breech presentation (what was a midwife doing an ultrasound for... probably had no idea what the hell she was even looking at)... regardless quite a few revert to vertex spontaneously, I seriously doubt that adjusting her spine did a damn thing... or let me guess, it was her "innate intelligence".... can it reduce a nucal cord, migrate a previa and stop uterine atony?
