duh, a jump isn't flying....you should have put a cape on the car...would have done as much. As previously posted, you need continued thrust once airborne, which the wheels won't provide. Sorry, no flying car. You could put rocket cells on board and activate via ch 4, which would be very amusing, especially if you put 6 so the body and tied them really well with wire. Use ch5 and blow it up with 7 M-80's.

very cool looking, but it won't fly until you add something other than wheels to make it fly. why? because as soon as it lifts off, the source of thrust is gone, so it slows back down due to drag and stays on thr ground. power it by a propeller and it has a better chance of flying. you did get some nice longer jumps in. at 1:57 is what i'm talking about, no way to actually lift off yet. cool vid though!

@jettrooper02 What about the ground effect? My friend and i made his 2,5 kg traxx car fly 1 meter high for at least 10 m with a 2,4 meter styrowing i made (have video of it named "2,4 meter wing...". I had another tx with delta control of the wing, i gave up elevator till we reached high speeds and took it off the ground. no prop!

@RCFoam that would work, because you kept it on the ground untill it was past the point of take off. a car with just a wing will never be able to reach that speed, since it can't be forced onto the ground, preventing it from reacting the same way as a car with just a wing, and no control over it.

@jettrooper02 thats right. Possibly with a tiny negative aoa on the wing, one would possibly reach airspeed on the ground and then rely on bumps, ramps etc. on the surface to get it in the air. Anyway, i only fly and only by propellers cause thats the only way :)
