what is the difference between this and the autodesk inventor?

So is the Inventor LT an AutoCAD 3D but parametric or can one actually create assemblies? This video, like the prochure tell you nothing of use about the product, other then its a parametric software...

Around $ 1300 but if you have old autocad you are qualified for upgrade less than $ 900
