to me all the early windows OS from 3.1-WIn2000 were the best (except Windows ME) they were fun and easy to use and didn't come with crap you don't need.

yea cause they had to cover their asses with the mistake that was Windows ME.... if they made a NT based version of ME - IE. Windows 2000 Home edition, then they might of released XP later and 2000 might of had a longer lifespan.... also wouldnt have to hide their ME mistake.....owell...

@dolot17000 Who doesn't know about it? Windows 2000 was released in 2000 right before Windows XP. It was just about as popular too. Support ended in summer of 2010. In fact many companies still have a 98 or 2000 PC here and there for compatibility with older software.
