Neji is a jonin in shippuden, but against kidomaru he is only a genin, not a chunin. Until shippuden shikamaru is the only chunin of the 12.

Shikamaru vs sound 4 he is a chunin, in shippuden he may or may not be a jonin since they never specify. I think that he is still chunin though.
