I was 16 when President McKay passed away. Like many of today's Youth and their relationship with President Hinkley, he was the only Prophet I had known. That Sunday morning, my Home Teaching Companion picked me up for Stake Priesthood meeting, and informed me President McKay had passed away during the night. I was frightened. What would become of the Church? Brother Wolfgramm told me there was no need to fear. The LORD knows who the new Prophet will be, and all will be well. It has been!

A great man. One of my friends, a physical therapist was summoned to treat President McKay, he walked up to him, and said.
"How are you prophet!". A Catholic from New Jersey, he loved that great man.

PRICELESS!! So many precious teachings in a short time!n He was God's Living Prophet when I first heard about him in 1969. I did investigated the teachings the full time missionaries brought to my family at the end of the same year, and, after " wrestling with the Lord'' for an answer about Joseph Smith, the restoration on earth of Jesus primitive church, the records called Book of Mormon, I got my answer. I was baptized in January of 1970, and have never been happier, peaceful and grateful !
