  • how do you hook it up with the tracktor s4 cn you let me know thank you

  • Every time I watch this I'm amazed at the overall performance. #awesome

  • cool ass chord progression

  • tabledrummer666's post from 2 yrs ago actually has correlation to prospekt's post from last year. O.o

  • 20 ppl suck dick

  • @MrRuXperienced don't be so homophobic Mr, sucking dick might be quite a pleasant pass time for some citizens.

  • i want that!!!!!!

  • this sounds like f-zero to be honest.

  • love this jam

  • love this jam

  • Pure techno! Awesome track.

  • COOL !!!!!!!

  • bro this jam rules!!! do you have it on mp3 it would be sick if you share it with me!!

  • hell yea :)

  • i was playing with one of these recently at my cousins, they are so awesome

  • IF i were to get this what would i need?

like could i just buy it and still make music?

  • where do u buy this ? :D

  • @lRinSunl u can get these from guitar center like 300 plus bucks

  • Как же я хочу такую штукенцию)

  • yo, the menu selection screen for the Brad Moss video game, all day.

  • detroit <3<3

  • Your pad is so shiny!

  • Coooooooooooooooooollllll!!!

  • i think this mix is really good its just repetitive, because he's working with loops. the sound quality of the KP3 is amaing. Korg is so fucking legitimate. The soloing at the end is pretty good to.

  • i hope i can be like denkitribe some day.

  • so i have a question...im looking into buying a kaoss pad but idk if i should get the KP3 or the Kaossilator pro, which do you think is better??

  • @bzradiohead18 the kp 3 deffo is better, but depending on how you plan on using the thing maybe you'd wanna pick the kaossilator, wich is cheaper.

  • Awesome job, using only built in sounds :D

  • cut your nails man your gona ruin that pad

with your freedy kruegers ha ha kp3 all the way

  • @Spoooonman Yes there is.. You also get a special software to manage the samples you've recorded with your pad, or to use samples from your pc. This allows you to work with an appropriate selection of samples for every kind of gig. The vid above is quite boring, there's much more fun to use it directly on a track, it's like drawing with the sound. I loooove it :-)

  • chillin japanese house

  • name of the song please!

  • really good stuff man. props

  • As good as the music from How It's Made. If not better.

  • GT menu, lol Real DJs dont use Kp3s

  • Pardon my ignorance, but do either the Kaossilator or the Kaoss pad have a supersaw sample.

Trying to decide if it would be practical to do hardstyle and hard trance with.

(my taste for the edge of rock and metal runs into electronic music too lol)

  • @leroybivins The Kaoss Pad III is perfect to do hardstyle, hardcore or hardtrance. There's much more fun to use it on your favorite tracks than to play boring sound like this guy does (use it for happy hardcore myself) And if you need supersaw samples or anything like that, you can just take it from your pc and put it on your pad by using the software (included) and the USB connection. Hope you got one already :-)

  • Got one for 295€ as a merchant directly from Korg

  • awsome!!!!

  • mine was 310 ebay

  • I scored one for $222 on ebay. US currency, mind you.

  • Do any of you guys know where you can get a cheap Kaoss Pad Korg KP3, that is not to pricy? that also ships to Europe..

    Okay thanks.

  • you can get one on ebay for about 320, best deal ive found yet.

  • well, i bougt one a couple weeks ago, so never mind.

    - But thanks anyways :D

  • @commonhumans i just got one from amazon for 316 (: brand new

  • @frejgun b&h 300$

  • i think that Mod3(talk filter) is pretty much cruise control for anyone with a KP3... I know it is for me....

    Kicken tunes :D

  • super amazing man!!

    are u signed?

  • I'm honestly not trying to hate or anything here, this is an honest question... Does anyone actually like to listen to this stuff ? It sounds like background music to a old racing video game.

  • @prospekt I listen to this for the exact reason you just mentioned, but I'm also a metal-head, there is no reason not to broaden your horizons.

  • there are many listeners to this kind of music. for example here in Austria: there is a radiostation called FM4, they play such kind of stuff the whole night long without any commercial breaks or so. Pretty sweet when driving on the highway.

and such kind of music is often used in discos for the dancefloor to dance.

in addition to that there are a bunch of people enjoying just listen to pure electronic music without any voices.

i like this kind of music too. its good to listen while studying.

  • ...because (in my case) if there are lyrics in a song i cant focus as good as without lyrics in whatever i study at the moment (because my brain always wants me to understand what lyrics there are)

  • i've heard worse...

  • yes, of course people listen to it

  • @prospekt yeah dude right here-- I listen to this mess EVERYDAY! |m|_

  • @prospekt

it depends on with what you combine it, in the club it might end up sounding awesome, but it also might not

  • @prospekt no, nobody does. But do you want manual or automatic transmission

  • @prospekt regardless dude, its still fun to make. the music you make doesnt always have to be heard. i mean i understand your question and im not trying to hate either.

  • @prospekt i do.

  • @prospekt seriously, go listen to more house, that is exactly what this sounds like. Really chill and good :D

  • @prospekt I do.

    asshat

  • @prospekt If you understand what this machine is and what it does the possibilties are endless!!You can sampling ANYTHING so there is something for everyones music tastes when used properly...I got one a couple of years ago and love it.

  • @prospekt I guess you must be either a really young guy new to electronic music and it's many faces or not really intune with the culture but the trk that he made is deeply influneced by Detroit, do some research, hundreds of black and latino kids in detroit danced to it everynight friday and saturday night and the sound still to this day still drives on through different artist like Denkitibe

  • @prospekt maybe not like to listen to it, but there sure as fuck is some money in making music for video games!

  • @prospekt Being background music to an old racing video game is absolutely nothing to be ashamed of. It's true for brillant tracks from Chemical Brothers, Prodigy, Orbital, FSOL, Leftfield, Underworld etc. (I need to play WipeOut again...!)

  • @konrad303 ahaha wipeout lol yea remind me so much souvenir

  • @prospekt Yes, chiptune, you know, the classics! lol

  • @prospekt It sounds like great techno to me.

  • @prospekt i do

  • @prospekt omg thats what i was thinking i was leaning tward need for speed hot persuit lol

  • @prospekt /watch?v=FManuwbioFQ

this is why i love the KP3!

  • @prospekt

LOL my ipod is full of this kinda stuff!!!

  • @prospekt Yes it does sound like racing game music and yes people listen to it. Think how many racing games will want this kind of music and will pay for it in their game!

  • @WTFRawrtube reeeeks of ridge racer

  • @primalnyc Alliteration heaven! <3

  • @primalnyc IKR

  • @primalnyc your the bestttt

  • @prospekt ever heard of jersey shore? horrible and i don't even know why kids at my school are fiends for that show.

  • @prospekt haha guess what! about half a year ago i downloaded this song and listened to this like everyday! :DD

  • @prospekt yes this is awesome, pure techno!

  • @prospekt he is using a stock sample, and just showing the different effects of the pad. just to give one an idea of what it can do (x but i still think its awesome X D

  • @prospekt

I actually really love Denkitribes sound... It's just awesome.

  • @prospekt HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! HAHAHAH soo good. Something outta Sega.

  • @prospekt I love Electronica.

  • @prospekt there's no definition to what music should be, and alot of people find these electronic sounds and rhythms catchy and good to listen to. this stuff is very much just jamming, incredible jamming at that...but would definitely listen to this type of music. to mix music like this is definitely music

  • @prospekt i listen to it. it's called ambient techno.

  • cut your nails you damn sasquatch :))

  • the hell man!!

  • music games? nice :D i like

  • actually u dont need to do all that shit the KP3 also serves as a recording loopstation meaning plug in ur keyboard or guitar or what ever ur using n fn record n layer n shit all on the damn thing. if u r a drummer then set up a mic n plug the mic in, that simple, no need for all this other shit. good song btw

  • Every KP3 video I watch by you convinces me further to buy one! :D Take it easy man..

  • good for you

  • just great man... really good

  • hey men congratus great sample/groove

  • I have GOT to get me one of these.

  • sounds like a Grand Turismo menu ( select your car ) ^^

  • @pinoblowt haha yeah xD

  • @pinoblowt YES!

  • is this kp3 good for reggae ragga hip hop and other stuff

  • Check out Beardyman on YouTube.. there, you will find your answer.

  • awsome

  • fantastic performance

  • gotta get a chaos pad to go with me 400"s :)

  • Can the KP3 be used a sound module and control it with a midi keyboard? how many synth sounds does it have?

  • People I have the KP3 and have not figure how to control the vocoder or the synth using my midi controller keyboard... jezz I would like some hack!

  • no synths its a 4 track sampler the kp3 its self can be used as a midi controler. U would have to build your own loop or edit a mp3/record in a production program then send it into 1 of the kp3's 4 tracks. U see the #1-8 that's the slicer it slices the sample up so u can rearrange it. the screen is a X-Y axis that lets u change the parameter of kp3s various effects, delays, and filters.

  • Yeah man! Making your own live music in 1 device!

    Really cool!

  • Comment removed

  • somebody please explain do u make ur samples with apbleton or watever save then to the card and edit the samples in the kp3 how exactly do u use this to say remix without just using effects of wat not please point me in the right direction

  • I do exactly that. I am not a drummer so I use loops and if I want to manipulate them I will load a piece of a drum loop in the kp3 mangle the daylights out of it then shoot back into my Daw which is Sonar 8. Kp3 has an editir where you can do it all very easily.

  • song name pls????

  • its a original

  • tasty chords!

  • Can you plug these into Like guitar amps and get the sound of them?

  • I think you can plug in almost any any instrument, it's quite awesome

  • oh yeah!1

  • this really makes me want to play sonic for some reason.

  • dude me too lol

  • And me - this could be the music from any of the levels. (That's a compliment - that music rocked!)

  • haha

  • Good job!

    I want try this KP3!

    Interesting!!!!

  • Can you put a microphone on it and making beatbox? And filling always new noises in it while the last are running in a loop?

  • apparently yes, check out beardyman kaoss on youtube!!

  • Thank you! Indeed, beardyman is rad! :)

  • yes you can, I do it myself :D

will have to put a vid up some time.

    M

  • Awesome song man :) defo catchy :D

    thx

  • That is bad ass. NICE! The tune soudns great

  • "and now no one will ever learn an actual instrument "

Thats nonsence of course. The better a musian you are the more you can get out of devices like this one. Saying that i don't think I'll get a KP I prefer the MX.

  • Comment removed

  • I can already play guitar, so i think i owe it to myself to waste all my hard work and buy this =P

  • And you're a cunt, so, I win

  • There is a learning curve to the kp3 just like in playing an instrument...... By using synths and guitars with it it increases the possibilities.... Music is always evolving, as well as the tools for making it..... peace

  • i gonna buy this

  • thats badass man! i'd like to hear more later!

  • Smexy fun

  • very nice Detroit Techno sounding track i wish i had a kaoss pad but i need 500 dollars

  • and i need 400 €uro's ;)

  • so do I. ;)

  • i got mine for like 300$ it was used pretty good deal except for the fact that the mic input thing fell out and i have to wiggle the amp cord to get a decent sound out of some things

  • OMG..wow.

  • And that is magi ! Ultra cool !

  • Very nice. I'm regretting getting the Kaossilator now. It unfortunatly has no multi layer control.

  • wannt have this...

    :(

  • Do u think kp3 works with Line 6 toneport ux1 without any problems?

  • SEND ME THIS SONG WHEN YOU HAVE IT AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD OMFGAHHHHH this shit is awesome.

  • you seem to like downbeat music. no DnB or big beat? very nice beat though, and all of it with just that device? these videos have been helpful in figuring out if i want this.

  • crankthat- downbeat? This is like 130bpm!

  • 130 < 170

  • Few question on loading samples in the KP3:

Can you load them directly via usb your you have to put them on your sd card first?

While you mess with, lets say 3 of your 4 loops that are on your sd card, how easy is it to load a 5th loop (over the unused one) Can you access your loops on your sd card while the rest is playing?

    Thanks.

  • that was a very nice beat! well done!

  • i am thinking of buying one of these.

  • ur hand looks really bored.

  • i've heard that one thing you did at the end before. its awesome. im happy i finally know how people do it!

  • exelente señores sobervio no tengo palabras que buen video sigua haci vas por buen camino

  • you are a fucking god. Who the hell gets that much sound out of a handful of loops.

    Unbelievable.

  • i need one of these.

  • I have 2 Newmark ttx-1 turntables and a Rane 54i mixer. Can i plug the kp3 up to the turntables for effects?

  • did anybody ever get back to you on your question? I have two Numark CDX and a Urei mixer...I REALLY want a KP3 for effects :)

  • yeah me to, but im not sure can i connect this to behringer djx-700 mixer

  • certainly

in fact the kaoss pad was originally designed as an effects unit for DJs
