The reason why I don't like Anette as singer is just simply that her voice cannot even nearly touch me as Tarjas did. When I listen to the old Nightwish songs, it actually let me FEEL in a very amazing way and it just put me right into the song. That what Nightwish actually means. With Anette they sound not bad, but just like any common band. Unfortunately :(

If you're being honest, you really cannot diss either Anette or Tarja. Now I will totally admit and actually volunteer that Anette simply cannot pull off some of the songs Tarja did, and that's mainly because of vocal range. But the songs that were made for her (and frankly, most of those she re-sung) are awesome.

@MissFifyDevil I don't hate Anette (in fact, I kinda like Bye Bye Beautiful, maybe because of Marco), but I see a problem with the "new" Nightwish, they don't sound like metal anymore. Tarja has a metal voice, and Anette doesn't. Also, I think the new songs are not even close to being metal like the oldies (even with Tarja singing them). I think the change was in every aspect of their music, not just in vocals.
