It would be best if you googled The OOps Effect as it is too complicated to post a short explanation.

to create a song with OOPS is very easy to do with a good audio editing software such as Audacity.

search Youtube for "removing vocals from audio/mp3" for a tutorial on how to do it. it actually takes less than a minute to perform an OOPS on a song.
