Um, this is a masterpiece compared to The Belle of 14th Street ..... jeesh! I actually this special is entertaining as hell. It's certainly OUT THERE and interesting. Barbra never looked more fresh, confident, and beautiful. She is of course in incredible voice as well. I think you just have to be in the right mood for this one.

The old UFO console appeared in episodes 3 and 4 of "The Green Death" from Dr Who starring Jon Pertwee. It's amazing how they keep using this prop. Love UFO though best. Amazing show - buy the DVD box set and experience bliss!

1973 wasn't that long after the UFO series. Maybe a two years. And It appeared in only one of the Dr. Who's I can remember. Some episode starring Pertwee, as I recall. The console is probably in pieces by now. This Streisand Special must have been done in the UK, to have gotten this prop. Once again, the USA ain't good enough for cheapskate celebs.
