on pc you can change the models field of view. in other words, you can decide if you want to see closer,or further.

i personally play with the default,because the game was designed for it. but many people put it on max and it looks like shit.

This is how the Dead Ringer works:

It is a cloak where, when you get damaged and you have it out, the cloak creates a fake ragdoll of your body. Therefore, idiotic people believe you are dead. It then gives you an 8 second timer to move before an insanely loud sound pops up notifying people that you have uncloaked.

other than that, good aimng with the ambassador, but I think you misused the dead ringer.

I use it to get to safety after getting a few backstabs WHILE the enemy is looking.

Then it's a life saver.

Here, it's a life continuer.

i use it for more of an upfront encounter, go commando with the ambassador and once life is threatened pop it and get a few back stabs to finish it off

Well, he spends the first minute running around in a spy disguise, the second minute fighting a single sniper and then finally kills an engineer and then only succeeds in taking out the sentry nest because the other engie is a moron.

A decent spy would have gotten rid of those sentries, capped the point and then moved on to attack the final point in the time this guy took to kill a single sniper.

It was still largely nothing. With sentries there, all it would take is two soldiers or a demoman and it's toast. He did nothing useful in the majority of the 4 minutes.

Recently tried this out myself. Really loved the change in playstyle it necessitates.

Really, it makes disguises a lot more viable, and encourages the use of friendly disguises, something I think too many Spies neglect in favor of the use of cloaking.

A fresh take on a fun class.

@AFKNinja00 trick: when you're low on health, activate the dear ringer. that way they won't know your feigning a death. and also

disguise yourself as a friendly person. the enemies will think your a normal enemy and kill you. then you can go on the offense.
