@chocolate2429 It's called "spirit gum"...you can find it at any halloween or costume supply store. It's a sticky adhesive used for applying prosthetics and other costume goodies.

you could also use body tape to stick on the small tiara as well (I've found this out with a bindi I use for an OC of mine). Also, would this tutorial work with silver and/or steel sheet metals (for those of us who want to do an otaku senshi)? Any advice on putting a complex design (ie constellation) instead of the cabochon? I'm looking to make an Otaku Senshi cosplay. ^^
