@drsmithification Oblivion is one of the best RPG/ADV games to date; this coming from someone who went insane playing MW for over 14 months, Morrowind was crazy awesome!

-Skyrim will be better than Oblivion. I dropped 432hrs on one Oblivion char, and 275'ish on another (both P'd stats @ lvl 51); I consumed that entire game. I have faith in Bethesda.

-With what Bethesda learned from TES4, FO:3 and FO:nv (of course Bethesda picked up a trick or two from the OG Fallout people), TES5 will own!

Fallout 3's story was incredible and i felt like i accomplished something when i completed it and i got 100's of hours of it. New vegas i was really excited for, played it 12 hours straight completed it, but i hated the story line, though i did like some things they added like iron sights and the factions.

@dessan18 well , for one ... the quest markers and the fast traveling system is annoying , its like you are a baby and need to be holded hands so that you can go everywhere , then the scaled system , you mean that every man / women / creature is leveled with me , and so its equipment ? that doesn't make sense and breaks the immersion of it you don't go around and see people wearing armour of you're level that is idiotic and brings no challange to the game and the main story its like you're a dog

@DjViRuSl33tz I haven't played Morrowind, only heard some funny story about, that you can go around naked just with shoes on and people wouldn't mind you:) Anyways I think the fast travelling system was so that you don't need to allways spend a large chunk of your time going from point A to B. The scaling system is not for me too, but how can it not bring challenge to the game? If you fight someone lower than you, you pwn him, if you fight someone who is the same lvl as you, you don't pwn him:)

@dessan18 not really , you dont always pwn him because the ai is a bunch of idiotic disables , you can jump on a table and shoot away at him , and about the fast travel , it saves time ? yes , but in a game like oblivion or a series as TES for that matter , the quest marker was alright , but with the fast travel system and mount , its overkill, the point of a rpg is EXPLORING , you must EXPLORE and SIGHTSEE , if i have the time to stay down and play a rpg then i have the time to explore

If you don't use the fast travel option you're not gonna see anything different if you go back on foot. You can decide to not use the fast travel option but yeah, who wouldn't use it if it's there.

@dessan18 yes , at the start it is harder cus you have very few waypoints , but soon you will have DOZENS of them everywhere and fast traveling there and then going where you have to go , you dont see anything , if you go there nomally you would find routes and other awsome places as well waypoints which are rewarding to find on your own , and it wouldve been ok if you could've deactivate the fast travel system or at least the quest marker , but you cant ... you have to use mods for that
