This is terrible. What do the police say when you call to complain?

@greenlightbandit The police won't do anything, as this kind of stuff falls into the Bylaw/Animal Control area. Bylaw has been out a couple of times but the owners obviously don't care...

Where I live only the police will respond to nuisance barking. It's very effective.
