U2 Bad - Studio Version

Just curious as to why both your bad videos do not include backing tracks? Do you dislike the backing tracks?

@u2adrian1000 For this "Studio" version of Bad I wanted to illustrate the guitar tone - a bit like the intro of the album version. I didn't have a backing track for the other version of Bad at the time.

I see you have both the Blues Junior and an AC15. Which one would you reccomend for me? Im playing on a strat, and I'm mostly playing blues, classic rock and such, but I also wanna play some U2. What do you think? And btw, I'm talking about the AC15C1, with the greenback speaker.

great tone!! if i used this amplifier in 4w setting with a clean sound like that, would it be loud enough for band practice WITHOUT breaking up? i need something that can sound good at very low volumes (i will be living in a shared apartment soon) but can also cut it live (albeit mic'd).

How do like your blues junior compared to your AC15? And is it modified? Just want your take because though i love my blues junior i'm also in love with a vox clean tone.

@Ilovemyfender2 They are different tones. Vox gives me more "chimey" sounds. I like them both though for different things.

@u2john316 I agree...I study many different artists and there really is alot of misinformation out there. Unless I read an interview with the artist themeselves saying "I used _____ guitar to record _____", then I am extremely skeptical. After studying Jimmy Page, Van Halen and many others for over 30 years I have learned to take such information with a grain of salt...

I've said this before, but here again: the best of your work is what you do using your own pedalboard, much much more alive and serves your playing much better than what the AxeFx does.
