As a long time Chicagoan (Hispanic heritage) I am ashamed that guys like Berrios & Al Sanchez have represented the Latino in such a disgraceful manner. Don't they understand that it is about character & trust NOT about nepotism !! Any decent American should be outraged by men like this & Todd Stroger. Opportuntities to advance these minorities in many a way &another obstacle to overcome in getting equality. SHAME ON YOU JOE BERRIOS
