@pietermoore It is a bullshit policy, but protech remains my favorite auto knife company. They did volunteer to send me another coil spring I could put in my knife, but this was sadly a month ago, so I'm just going to correct the problem myself. That's just the way I am lol. They're good people that stand behind their products, but laws about auto knives prevent them from being able to fully support their goods.

I guess you would have to get in good with a retailer or something to have the knife sent back via them?
