  • cool but you dont need to follow that entire program...just search for various exercices in different body areas and train 2 to 3 of them in one day then switch the areas the other day...try to do 12 to 15 reps in 3 times...use a fat burner if u want to transform easier and faster but dont forget about cardio...if muscle performance is your problem and your having a bit trouble buy NO (nitro oxide) it will help in your muscle pump..O2 absortion , fadigue recovery and its a very good suplement

  • @xilyn18 do pushups, squats, dips, jumpsquats, mountaineering, thrustsquats. basic stuff like that just make it like a circuit to make your heart really pump

  • I do these excercises with some extras , with the DB's i make some hammer-curls and some normal arm curls, and some kick-backs with the triceps. I am a sport instructor myself.

  • Vital information. Bench pressing - If u bench press more than 10-12 reps then you are building muscle without getting much stronger. If u wish to get stronger, u should bench press 10 reps and increase weights until you can only do 1-3

    I don\t know much, but I\ve heard that those gorillas who build muscle do like a 100 reps with practically no weights. And when I did 50-100 reps with dumbbells, then I noticed that that muscle comes easily. So I quit with those easy dumbbells because I wasn\t getting stronger. Speed is also an important factor when working out.

  • @913696 On certain exercises it's appliable that you do it fast and slow to achieve the right balance. I'm more pointing towards working on your legs than your upper body on this. If you do slow exercises for your legs, then your legs are slow. I was going towards quickness and explosive jumping and was doing one part fast other slow. This video is on abs though :D

  • This is a great workout I lost 50 lbs in 5 months because of it. For anyone else this workout works. Do it with 20 minutes of Cardio afterwards.

  • Edward6360, post that question onto a bodybuilding forum. Most people know fuck all about how to train. You can train many different ways to achieve many different goals. You need to eat less than your maintenance in calories and lift weights, do cardio work. SEEK RESEARCH AWAY FROM YOUTUBE!
