    Did this project get any further?

    I've used the same setup in two RC cars with great success.

    Check them out.

    A couple of things though....

    I think you need to move the motor further back.

    RC cars are not like real cars and if th emotor is too far forward you won't have much grip at the back wheels.

    Also might wanna consider gearing it down a bit?

    At the moment you've got 4:1 reduction tops, and it looks like a heavy car.

    You'll burn the clutch out.

  • havnt gotten any further yet although all the bits are all made to complete it even home made shockers. i will finish it one day soon when im bored. so that was just the motor mount just to see how it works. i will put another video when i go to the next step and thanks for the advice.
