Yes, I think it is the Thieves Tavern?? Looks different when it's empty of people.

It's one of the unused video found in the CDs. I think it refers one of the taverns in Beregost.

about that, i once read that this was how the friendly arm inn was initially designed. then they changed the map, and they also took out the video...
