Can someone explain to me why they are not making a season 3 of the sarah connor chronicles?

@cvjason93 The season 2 ratings unfortunately weren't high enough for a network show. When the show got moved to Friday, it was kind of like a nail in the coffin. But a number of people are working pretty hard on getting a straight to DVD movie made. Hopefully that happens.

@cvjason93 Because television is run on an extremely flawed ratings system that is controlled by a private company, Nielsen. Nielsen did not favor this series.
