@DyslexiaSkucs @slaveofslaanesh i just found out the answer dude. i have the same problem before. you just have to passed the driving school and take note, do not use cheats okay. after you passed the 12 difficult tests in the driving school z will call you right away for another mission

to get to this mission you have to go to your girlfriend that one you followed date her 2 times on her 3rd one puch her it will say date ended from abusing your girlfriend then you will get a phone call soon there will be a green $ its located to your girlfriends house go there and collect the card another phone call to go to the main mission (NOTE) it might only work for playstation 2. hope this works your girlfriend is located at the desert near the end where the water is near the golf course.

ok, i did the quest and got millie as a gf. trained muscles and than i killied her. got a call from some1 and i broke into her house. i got the card and im doin the dam and blast mission atm wich is a green `´´$`` mission. do i have to complete all the green $ missions before i get the call?

this is just a simple mission, all you have to do is make progress with Millie and after a while she will give you access inside her house and give you her keycard. Then four dragons will give you a call saying to meet at the casino and a green '$' is on the map go to it in the casino and the mission will begin.
