their drum is alittle off from Rise Against, i hear a distinct difference in the style of music here. I dont think its worse, its just different from the usual Rise Against style which is heavy on the drums and voice

It could be possible that he send it to a German friend, who wrote his comment in German.

There are many reasons to write a comment in an other language.

That was just an example.
