Wow! Really good! One tip though, when you are climbing up a wall, don't crawl over the top, try to push your arms straight up then bring you leg up onto the wall, it's faster, and lessens your chance of slipping :)

I do a little of this, but I wouldn't attempt any of that fancy ass flipping shit. That's a good way to get hurt or killed if you don't know wtf your doing. I prefer to just run, jump over shit, and climb up shit, etc. Not all parkour means you have to look like a show off in public.
