be very very careful with your wrist & ankle. i had a sore shoulder about a year back & i pushed through the pain until i hurt it really badly. i could do any upper body exercises for nearly 8 months, not the mention the terrible cost for xrays & ultrasounds & massage.. BE CAREFUL

Its so easy and so yummy!! Its just Regular quaker oatmeal 1/2 cup with water .. I like it thick so i just add enough water to cover the oatmeal. then microwave for 1:30 and add 1 TB of PB and 2 packets of splenda..sometimes i add bannana sometimes a little chocolate. I'm a big fan of simple eating :o) call me lazy if you want lol :o)
Thanks :o) I'm sure the measurments will be good but the scale is so BLAAA!! lol and it makes ya feel like crap! so thats why i focus on measuremenst and body fat :o) thank you :o)
