  • The parent company should sue the pregnant woman for forcing them to hire an unemployable, unpayable minor through criminal malfeasance as a condition of her remaining employed at the company. This amounts to stealing by coersion and she should be treated as a criminal.

  • A partner company of ours recently hired a woman. For some reason, the woman specifically said during the interview that she had no intention of becoming pregnant anytime soon. The day after they signed their contract, she told them that she was, in fact, four months pregnant. Normally, people can terminate a work contract within 3 months from one day to the next, but not when the employee is pregnant. This woman is looking forward to 5 months where she cant be fired and 6 months of pay on leave

  • Your partner company should be happy they weren't sued to begin with, as asking a woman if she is pregnant during a job interview is highly illegal, let alone completely unethical.
