Your hair is so beautiful and full of body! Where ever you moved, it moved with you and went back to its original place. No matter what i do to my hair, it will NOT get like that! Even when i was younger. My hair was LONG and healthy but never like this! I'm only 17 but i've been wearing weave since about 13 years old. My hair got SOOOO damaged and I had SOOO much breakage. I've been using the Green Tea since August of 2009 and it does add shine. So you don't use any other oils such as when you (or for some) that moisturize and seal their hair? I just bought cocount oil 3 days ago and I use that as a seal and Herbal Essence Long term relationship leave in as a moisturizer. BUT my main question was about the roller wrap and hood dryer, does it really help to make your hair have movement as oppose to just flat ironing?

The 2 minute reconstructurizer is a light protein treatment. Not a hardcore treatment. It is the Aphogee 2 step treatment that is hardcore. Use a moisterizing conditioner to deep condition for apprx 20 minutes after the 2 minute recon then apply your leave-in as usual. You do not need to shampoo your after after the 2 minute recon. Hope this helped.

Hello Elle! I washed my hair with the Aphogee products and like u do, I put leave in and then the keratin green tea. Afterwards, my hair had so much body, but seemed dull. I sprayed it with Olive oil sheen and it took away the body and bounce... should I have used more of the Keratin green tea spray???

u need to put moisture back into your hair so please wash that 2 mins reconstructer with a good shampoo.

because ur messing with some heavy protein that will dry out ur hair.

From what I've read you should always use a moisturizing conditioner after using any protein. Just using a leave-in is not enough. You need to make sure that the protein is balanced with moisture otherwise your hair might start shedding a lot, especially if ur hair is protein sensitive, if you don't maintain the moisture/protein balance. Adding a moisturizing deep conditioner is will be more beneficial for ur hair in the long run.

You're doing a great job with your hair. Good Job Girl. The reason you feel the stiffness after the aphrogee is because of the keratin protien it is design to make the hair hard because it is a protien and it is giving the hair strength your doing a great job.

It's best for over processed damaged hair I used it and it made a world of differance! And my hair was JACKED But do what she said and use a moisture based conditioner. Because Apogee has lots of protein which can leave hair dry and dry hair will brake!! Cream of nature is a very moisturizing line the shapoos and conditioners. Good luck!
