he didnt want to fight because he is an ambush predator .and cant attact from the back. and this scares him.and he did want to kill him in one second but he couldnt because it was not an ambush .in the wild he does not meet 4 inch rat size wetas .maybe eat its young that cant defend them selves .i want to see a vid where a tarantula attacks a predator no ambush and same size.their are some maybe but rare

She, not he :)......BTW, ur right....except that king baboons can catch prey that is 2x of their size....My frined had a adult female, and he fed her with rats...yeah it was carzy, and wasn't good for her( 9" spiders cant eat a whole rat), but i think these tarantulas are the strongest for their size, and they are also the most agerssive Ts(by far) in natural conditions, + they have massive venom for a tarantula.....
