Unless they are holding on to adamantium the stage, chairs, and tables around them would give way before either were taxed physically. So if Supes uses his flight ability he'd win as Hulk's entire body would rotate even if he is stronger. But if Supes doesn't use his flight ability, Hulk win's as his higher weight make Supe's the body that spins, even if his Arm holds up. (the stage, etc would be like water against the strength of either of these guys)

okay first the guy got superman's strength wrong in the video. Superman's strength is on the order of multi-quintillion ton (all star superman) if not the 1 seistillion ton mark (moving the moon). WW Hulk at his max is on the quadrillion ton mark (pulling tectonic plates). This makes superman top out hulks strength and a lot more.
