I did see the Inauguration, but ended up channeled through that tunnel later trying to get out of DC. There wwere thousands of people in lines that they had no idea where they led to.The entire city was one big circulitory system of people.
oh! I am so sorry for all of you - and my sweet neice who was there too! If it is any consolation (?) I can only say that you were at least closer then all the millions of the rest of us - so I am sure some of the blessings and magic of this great new chapter has been absorbed into your beings, even if it's a little raw right now! XXX

I was in this sing-along, so we must have been fairly close to you in the tunnel. I think those guys who were leading songs did a lot to keep the crowd calm. I sure felt better when I was singing, because after all those patient hours I was pretty Done with the tunnel!

So I think its hilarious that I was in this same line, but had no clue that this was even going on. Just goes to show how giant that line was...
