I'm sorry, but the damn backup singers really detract from this. The contrast between the genuine pain and longing in Ray's voice is badly countered by the superficiality of theirs. Their harmony is fine, but the studio should only have had Ray singing the actual lyrics.

Still, all in all, a good tribute.

I love the mean version of this song by JerryLeeLewis. Its quite different and fun; but OMG,Ray makes this song his own for an eternity of rainbows! Its absolutely breathtaking. Rest in peace,brother Ray.
