Great song, but why even the video. For a song like this, the video, IF there is a video to it, should compliment the song, or else it detracts a bit from it. Not too much, but a bit. I mean this song is about the absolute selfless love that a father has for his daughter as he watches her grow. What does the video show? A bunch of self-centered guys stuck on egotistical vanity, who are all too young to even be dads.
Something about his voice isn't right. When Bob Carlisle sang it, it actually sounds like a father who just watched his daughter grow up so you get a bit more soul from him.

I know Nicky & Kian can sing good but remember their voice is just sweet & light smooth. Shane & Mark have better voice than Kian/Nicky & no wonder why they're vocalist of Westlife. I sure all we can recognize Shane/Mark's voice when they start singing cuz they have special voice, not like other member. Shane has beautiful & deep voice but too warm. Mark can beat high notes !

Opinions always will pretty much cause friction/arguments.I'm a westlife fan but obviously those that aren't are always going to say some negative things about them.That's how it works,oh well happy debating..

all of them can sing..shane, mark, kian & nicky are good singers!!! kian & nicky won't be in westlife if they can't sing. they are with westlife b'coz they could sing.. in a band, they should have diff types/tunes of voices such as alto, suprano, tenor & bass... lead singer & background. shane & mark are the lead in the band. kian & nicky are in the best boy band 'coz they are good singers too.. I LOVE the 4 WESTLIFE lads.

U can hear Nicky's voice in the song "Nothing Gonna Change My Love For You"
I know Nicky & Kian can sing good but remember their voice is just sweet & light smooth. Shane & Mark have better voice than Kian/Nicky & no wonder why they're vocalist of Westlife. I sure all we can recognize Shane/Mark's voice when they start singing cuz they have special voice, not like other member. Shane has beautiful & deep voice but too warm. Mark can beat high notes !

Oh yeah? So you know nothing about them. They did cover a lot of songs but they also had their own songs. And if they ruined good songs like u said, why could they have 14 UK No.1 singles? why could they be recognized as the most successful boyband in 21st century? why could they exist in showbiz till now?
