Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy shit we don't need. We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War's a spiritual war... our Great Depression is our lives. We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars. But we won't. And we're slowly learning that fact.

Why is half of this stuff money related. Another fantastic video advertising capitalism and the miracle cure: money. Yes, that's right, just throw cash at everything and all your problems disappear.And what better pictures to compliment the concept of this video, than stacks of money and a bunch of models posing with their "perfect, American dream" facade on. I wonder how many people can actually relate to this, because guess what? Anyone with all of these things doesn't need more inspiration.
