It makes sense the pens would take less penalties because they have more playoff experience. The caps, if they even make the playoffs, get eliminated early. The refs are doing a good job and can only call what they see. Overall this is a great series so far. But now its time for the pens to get serious and put the caps away.
Well don't tell me they didn't see the 2 goalie interference calls that sould hace been called and weren't. They had 2 officials within 10 feet. The same for the delay of game for moving the goal that went against the caps. Your telling me they just saw Jurcina hit the net and not the fact that he was pushed into it.

i'm a huge pens fan.. the calls go both ways.. game 2, matt cooke was tripped right in front of the play, and Ovie (the punk) got the PP goal..
but, there's terrible calls and terrible no calls.. that's sports.. sucks.. but thats the way it is.. (watch a Laker game.. Kobe can't do no wrong.). LET'S GO PENS...

He didn't embarrass the Washington organization he said nothing we weren't already thinking.The refs gave the pens 6 PP's in a row. 7 to 2 in the game. Yet 2 times in the game the pens are shooting and have a guy in the back of the net with Varlamov and no call. BS. Sasha takes a slash for hardly touching a guy with his stick. This game was completely one sided and I would have been pissed had Bruce not said anything. Maybe now we'll get a damn call or the press will blast the officials.

I think this guy has the potential to become an all time great.
