Hey great video! but htis may sound stupid....How do i get to that editor? mine looks different...could u please tell me how to get there? thanks! subbed!
I downloaded the demo of Editor and if I do what you do and move the notes anywhere i get a phasy chorusly mess that sounds terrible.
This is espeically true with notes in a chord, if you remove any part of the chord that was played at the same time it creates a disgusting artifact. Yet, here you seem to make it work without any trouble at all.
Do you have any idea what you are doing differently to me? Ive tried it on lots of material
hey Edbrad, I know exactly what your problem is. (this is a new concept, so get ready) you need to use the note assignment tool. melodyne can only provide an "educated guess" at which notes are notes, and what is part of another note (called overtones). the note editor tool lets you choose what is an overtone, and what is a note. I use it for a few seconds at the beginning of this video. this tool will take alot of practice to get good at it. good luck!
WOW this is one of the best examples I've seen of DNA. Any chance you can put up a guitar riff with some vibrato or a brass quartet? Cant wait till the final release!!
can you send me the program?
