Thats sad how Gootecks was saying he was going to smash some faces,but he himself got smashed by Watson.He is a decent guy I could say, he does a whole lot 4 the SF4 community,but he does have somewhat of a bad trash talking persona.Overall he seems like a cool guy.

west coast never never had a chance, the way they play the game looks cooler in a visual kind of way(kind of like a show) but the east coast thos guys dont give a fucking shit (they play to win the match) but it is boring as hell, so this question goes to all the sf4 comunity is fireballing the future of SF4?, is sf4 going to become a hunt the fireballer type of game?

because the #3 and #4 players were not there. But ...he did end up getting knocked out by Mike Ross, who he had as the #2 player. I probably would put Ed Ma ahead of Gootecks, but...it's hard to seed with no set formula for ranking.

maybe it made some kind of sense based on the tourney results he mentioned, but a few of those were from a while back, and the landscape had changed by then. Neither him or mike ross were placing very high in recent tourneys were they? I think a lot of people would have had ed ma, combofiend, and ken I ahead of them. You're right though- without a ranking system, and with not all players attending every tourney, you gotta go wtih a mix of old results and speculation.

We drove pretty quick, actually. The reason it took so long is because me and some other people decided to "smoke" before we left. The actual trip took us about 4.5 - 5 hrs. Gootecks was asleep in the car for a big part of the trip, so he doesn't really remember, hahaha.
