Awesome pig! But you gotta be very careful to cook these wild boar thoroughly because if you don't you could end up with a nasty parasitic worm infection. Alot of these boar carry these trichinella or trichina worms. So please please be careful!
@PLISKEN12 yeah I got that part douche, but 2 hours is no where near enough time to roast pig a that size, a logical person would say maybe "6 hours or more". I guess what I was getting at is to make a comment like you made tells me you have never done this, thank you.
@chainlinkdreams u wish!!! why not say full of muscles and aspiring ufc fighter too while ur at it huh?? asshole ! actually u can roast depending on ur skill at lower period of time too. yeah i was a little too loose on the 2 hrs but it looked liked they cooked it for waay too long or too hot. hey keep cooking til its good .. what the hell.
@PLISKEN12 see thats all you had to do, a simple logical answer as to why you said 2 hours and yes I agree with the right knowlege you can cook one quick with out screwing it up and no I dont wish, i never said I was full of mucle or an aspiring ufc fighter I'm just a big ass dude from the south!
The pig was slow cooked over the coals - outside, not on a more 'modern' setup. Old fashioned rotate 360degrees over the span of a few minutes. It has to dark on the outside to be sure the inside cooks properly. No such thing as a pink pig over the spits. Inside was PERFECTLY cooked BTW. You saw people smelling the amazing aroma off it. Raw would have no aroma. Hate to say it, but you've never had a good pig before like this.
Had a pig roast for 60 people on my son's first b-day last summer. It was fantastic. Slow cooked all day and devoured before sunset. Can't wait to do it again next summer. My boy will know that meat doesn't come from a grocery store.
yeah this is what you would do if u didnt have supermarkets or slaughter houses. p.s how do u know he didnt buy it from a slaughter house and just roast it.
thats sick what bastds teach their kids that gutting pigs in cold blood, cutting them open in ffront of heir eyes, and putting it in your mouth is fun:9

What horrible parents deny their child the right to be a carnivorous human?
