  • what about a 2000Mw blue lazor?

  • What do you think will 50Mw laser do it and where do i have to point it?

  • Don't worry, you're voice will break one day and you'll stop sounding like a fairy.

  • what was the point of turning off a street light?

  • i think this was fake. you know why? you was dark when he shot this video and their was light out when he shot it with a laser. i'm pretty sure he didn't stand their with a laser all night.

  • It's Dumbledore's Deluminator!

  • ahahah I used to do this when I was like 12...Im 23 now and I still wouldnt mind doing it again

  • Isnt this just because of the LDR ontop? I could do this with a bright torch?

  • this is fake its one of those street lights that you can put next to the sidewalk in your front lawn someone just turned it off from the inside thumbs up this comment so that people wont fall for this stupid spam that also explains why its on in the daytime.... stupid kids these days

  • this is fake its one of those street lights that you can put next to the sidewalk in your front lawn someone just turned it off from the inside thumbs up this comment so that people wont fall for this stupid spam

  • fake

  • how does this work?

  • Shining anything at a photovoltaic sensor will turn off the product. In this case, the laser merely tricked the sensor into thinking it was daylight so it turned itself off. No trickery here....

  • the minds that dream this shit up! learn something knew tonight!

  • i thought of that early today and here is a random video that show me lol asome

  • when i clicked on this i thought i was gonna c a street light break

  • this is some shit you'd see in a spy movie hah

  • who are you, dumbledore?

  • @DarkraiRocks494 Agree with Potter ref.

  • Brilliant idea. kudos.

  • you waited till the time they audomaticly torn off

  • now does it turn the street light off or it kills it so it wont ever work again also will my 100mW 532nm green laser work for this?

  • i'd never point a laser at an aircraft. i dont want to assume responsibility for the lives of others onboard if my laser disrupts navigation instruments or catches the pilot in the eye and blinds him, causing him to crash or something.

  • lol cool

  • can the spartan 1w blue laser turn off a street light?

  • @charg2456 If a 75mW laser can turn of a street light, a 1 watt Spartan definitely can. I'be very careful in case the extreme power of the Spartan damaged the light.

  • i looove laser ive got sn arctic 3 and a spartan both extremely dangers and burning

  • you an official promoter for dragon lasers? How else can you afford all these lasers?

  • @freakindarkness This is a Dragonlasers youtube channel and most videos are from customers.

  • How old are you like 11 at the oldest and you have those kind of lasers wow. Nit safe

  • @bobaethan Stupidity with lasers is much more common amongst adults than young guys like the one in this video.

  • @dragonlasersfanman HAHAHAHA k dude, the fact that you had an annotation in the video that said "Only do this is completely safe conditions!!!" shows that stupidity is very common for you. Give me one condition when it's safe to illegally disable a street light, if you can even think of one.

  • @SomeoneNamedTom The term disable is incorrect. The laser momentarily turns the light off for several seconds.

Safe conditions is when there are no cars driving in the street and no pedestrians near the light.

  • @dragonlasersfanman And no planes in the sky!

  • @SomeoneNamedTom you just got humiliated by a little kid.

  • @SomeoneNamedTom disable would indicate some form of damage to the street light, rendering in inoperable...

all he's doing is pointing the laser at the street light's daytime sensor.

even car headlights can turn off a street light with a worn out sensor.

  • i have to agree with dragonlaserfanman with it!!! not all kids but adults aswell.

  • @Hiimlollol That is a stupid explanation. There is a sensor on top of that light that senses how bright out it is so it will turn off when it's sunny and turn on when its dark.

  • it gets on my nevres when i see laser written as "lazer"

  • @chilidress I love lazers! They are so cool! lol :D

  • umm i dont know what all you guys are arguing about this is probally just a joke they probally noticed what time the street lights went out during the day (cus if you notice its early morning in vid) Then they just pointed the laser at it and recorded it

  • reading all the comments makes me lol.

  • Aww man =[ I need something like this to keep me entertained until I start work again

  • how long does it kep the light off?

  • little kids shouldn't be playing with lasers this powerful, thumbs down dude

this just isn't safe in the hands of a kid

  • @rebelsouljaz Just about every one caught doing stupid things with lasers like pointing them at aircraft were adults.

  • @dragonlasersfanman yeah but that doesn't make it better or ok for kids to play with them now does it? At least the adults know not to look directly into the laser and a lot of kids don't know or understand why.

  • @rebelsouljaz A lot of adults don't know either... You'd be surprised how stupid some adults can be... Kinda makes me sad :\ well not really.

  • @dragonlasersfanman that were intoxicated...

  • @dragonlasersfanman One muslim guy did it to an RAF Tornado and got done for terrorism... I lol'd, he got deported in the end.

  • @rebelsouljaz let's just agree that lasers aren't toys and you shouldn't really be playing with them in the first place (adult or child). Talking about lasers not being toys, they are outfitting the latest Chinooks (duel-propeller helis) with lasers (direct-energy weapons) to shoot down missiles

  • @STMUN ummm that's already been around, old hat bro

  • @rebelsouljaz

Very Judgmental erm let me guess you voted Obama and your American lol Talk about the sheep policing the sheep. Being American could explain the whinging I suppose.

Personally I think the kid showed good control in using the laser and he seemed to understand what he was using. At least he's not smashing the street lamps and vandalizing property. I thought he was showing that he had an inquisitive mind in trying to find out what the laser could do.

  • @timelord52 i like how you assume im american, yes i'm american since i live in the american continent but im not from the united states....good fight idiot

  • @rebelsouljaz I don't assume I know, because you feel the need to spout politically correct nonsense at people and when ever I see people doing this on the web it always seems to be an American doing it. Advising people is one thing but getting on your soap box just makes you look like you've been completely brainwashed by your CNN, FOX etc and all the other pre-filtered propaganda media stations. Thus these are your pre-programmed thoughts by the system and culture over there....

  • @timelord52

I think the fact the kid was stupid enough to think turning off street lights is a good idea - shows he shouldn't be holding a laser.

  • @TheKokuya actually I'm the kid in the video and I am very knowledgeable and safe with lasers, besides, frank (head of dragonlasers) actually asked me to do this for him as a favor so please dont be so judgemental

  • @rebelsouljaz actually I'm the kid in the video and I am very knowledgeable and safe with lasers, besides, frank (head of dragonlasers) actually asked me to do this for him as a favor

  • Nice :D

  • @eddythelol he did it twice. Once at night and once in the morning.

  • @eddythelol

He did one during the night and during the morning. From what I can tell the streetlights by him have the light sensors built on top, so he's simply confusing the sensors into thinking it's time to turn off.

  • @eddythelol youre such an idiot

  • I have a 200 mw can that do that?

  • if u had a laser u would know that it could turn off a street light

  • -.- wtf. how is that possible.

  • @austbart the the power of the light from the laser tricks the sensor into thinking its day time so it turns off

  • @austbart It's not.

  • @austbart Simple, when it's daytime a sensor in the street light turns off the light, when it's night it turns it off,by shining a laser into the sensor you trick it into thinking it's daytime so it turns off.

  • cool i want one
