The best way to honor the fallen paper boy is to forward his tips to his family. I won't be getting my holiday tips this year, which is the only time of the year subscribers send them. Whoever takes over my routes and maintains them well will be heavily rewarded on my account, and for the year that means 75 percent of all annual tips for the nine months I earned them. You can see the tears running down my cheeks!
Also, if I survive the next two weeks I will have completed doing the daily paper routes exactly five years, two months and 11 days. Not to mention the eight years of doing a weekly route and one year of doing a bi-monthly route. Perhaps I should get a survival pin for my efforts. But those poor cars I totalled and bashed out my teeth, we must say our automobile prayers too!
Paperboy appears in his movie. But since they DID get dat paperboy, he disappears by the end. Such is life. tragedy. sorrow. But that is the only way we would remember him.

A paperboy movie without THE paperboy is a B-rated movie for sure, if not an injustice to us real paperboys.
